A Los Angeles native since 2007, Bryan originally resides from New York. Growing up in a family that consisted of real estate developers, he was constantly immersed in RE development and construction throughout childhood. His family developed multiple new single family home projects, patio homes, townhomes, condominiums, and commercial spaces in Western New York.
After high school, he migrated west in pursuit of an acting career. Since his arrival, he's appeared in numerous films, television shows and commercials. In the print world, he has been the face of numerous campaigns including Coca Cola, Abercrombie, Macy's, AT&T and Paige Denim. He's also walked the runway for clients like Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Levi's and Macy's.
Using his vast love of real estate and industry contacts, he decided to join the #1 team company wide at Rodeo Realty. His new team has produced over $1,900,000,000 in career sales with thousands of transactions placing them among the most elite in the country. With the support and incredible knowledge of his peers, Bryan collectively brings 50+years of experience to every transaction he enters, no matter how big or small.
While his team services all of LA County and its surrounding areas, Bryan has found joy in concentrating in the part of Los Angeles he's called home for 10+ years in Studio City, Toluca Lake, Burbank and the up and coming NOHO Arts areas.
In 2021, Bryan and his team have expanded into Houston, TX joining RE/MAX Grand in the Katy area. With a keen knowledge in luxury real estate and new homes, they're looking forward to expanding their roots into the beautiful Houston suburbs.
Bryan married his wife Chelsea in 2018. She owns an acting studio in the Toluca Lake neighborhood which has been recognized for its outstanding service by the Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce. Together, they welcomed their first daughter into the world in 2019. In his spare time, Bryan loves to cook, play sports and cheer on his beloved football and hockey teams.

Ted attended Indiana University majoring in Political Science in the Pre-Law program. He moved to California shortly after graduation and took a job with a construction team focused on demolition and remodeling. The years Ted worked in this field gave him insight into the building of structures and the key components of successful investments. Ted also worked in a law firm where he contributed to the successful resolution of a high profile case involving construction and development fraud.
Armed with the knowledge he accrued in construction and law, Ted purchased a “fixer” in the hills of Studio City and income property in his home state of Indiana. Through these transactions it became clear to him that he wanted to be involved in Real Estate on a full time basis. This realization was the catalyst that brought Ted to Rodeo Realty.
